本政策适用于我的键盘 iOS 主应用、键盘扩展、键盘体验页、会员订阅、AI 生成、统计分析、主题、人设、语气及相关服务。本政策不适用于第三方独立提供并自行承担责任的服务或网页，但我们会在合理范围内说明第三方服务的使用场景。

二、我们如何收集和使用信息

我们遵循合法、正当、必要和最小化原则，仅为实现产品功能、保障服务安全、履行订阅和改进体验而处理信息。

三、系统权限说明

• 键盘完全访问权限：iOS 会在开启第三方键盘开放访问时提示风险。开启后，键盘扩展才能访问网络、读取共享配置、同步主题、人设和语气，并使用 AI 回复或润色服务。我们仅在你主动使用相关功能时处理必要内容。
• 相册权限：用于选择或更换聊天对象头像。你可以在系统设置中关闭权限，关闭后不影响基础键盘输入，但无法从相册选择头像。
• 剪贴板：用于你主动复制体验文案、粘贴对方消息、生成回复或润色。我们不会持续监听剪贴板。
• 网络访问：用于 AI 生成、会员订阅校验、统计分析、加载线上说明页面等。
• App Store 购买与评价：用于会员订阅购买、交易状态同步、恢复购买和系统评价入口。

本应用当前不以核心功能为目的申请通讯录、精确定位、麦克风录音、摄像头拍摄等权限。如后续新增权限，我们会在产品中说明并按法律法规要求征得同意。

四、第三方 SDK 与服务

为实现必要功能，我们会接入或调用以下第三方能力。第三方会按照其规则处理信息，我们会尽合理努力要求其遵守适用的隐私和安全要求。

五、信息存储、共享和转移

本应用的人设、语气、主题、头像、AI 历史等主要存储在本机或 App Group 共享容器中，以便主应用和键盘扩展同步。会员状态、免费次数和活动状态会使用 Keychain 保存，以提升稳定性并防止异常重置。

当你使用 AI 生成时，必要文本和上下文会通过加密网络请求发送至百度智能云处理；当统计功能开启时，必要设备和使用信息会发送至友盟；当购买订阅时，交易会由 Apple 处理。除此之外，我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会在无合法依据的情况下向无关第三方共享你的个人信息。

如涉及跨境传输或第三方服务器所在地与用户所在地不同，我们会依照适用法律采取必要的安全和合规措施。

六、信息保存期限

• AI 回复历史：当前本地保留约 4 小时，过期后会在读取或清理时删除。
• 人设、语气、主题、头像和基础设置：保存至你删除、清除缓存、恢复默认配置或卸载应用。
• 会员、免费次数和活动状态：保存至实现订阅权益、售后、风控和法律要求所需的期限。
• 统计数据：按照统计分析目的、第三方 SDK 规则和适用法律要求保存。

七、你的权利

你可以通过应用内设置或系统设置管理权限、修改性别、切换主题、删除或调整人设和语气、清除缓存、恢复默认配置、关闭键盘完全访问或卸载应用。若你希望访问、更正、删除个人信息，撤回同意，注销与本应用相关的本地配置，或咨询隐私问题，可以发送邮件至 xxh2686@163.com。我们会在验证必要信息后，在合理期限内处理。

八、未成年人保护

本应用不面向未满法定年龄的儿童单独提供服务。若你是未成年人，请在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。若监护人发现未成年人未经同意向我们提供了个人信息，可通过客服邮箱联系我们处理。

九、安全措施

我们采用系统权限控制、App Group 隔离、Keychain 保存关键状态、HTTPS 网络请求、最小化数据处理等措施保护信息安全。但互联网服务无法保证绝对安全，如发生安全事件，我们会依照法律法规采取补救措施并进行必要通知。

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the My Keyboard iOS app, keyboard extension, keyboard tryout page, membership subscriptions, AI generation, analytics, themes, personas, tones, and related services. It does not apply to third-party services or pages independently provided by third parties, although we describe relevant third-party usage where appropriate.

2. Information We Collect and Use

We follow the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, and data minimization. We process information only to provide product functions, protect service security, fulfill subscriptions, and improve user experience.

3. System Permissions

• Keyboard Full Access: iOS displays a warning when full access is enabled for a third-party keyboard. Full access allows the keyboard extension to use the network, read shared settings, sync themes, personas and tones, and provide AI reply or polish features. We process only the necessary content when you actively use these functions.
• Photos: Used to select or change chat persona avatars. You may disable this permission in system settings. Basic keyboard input will still work, but selecting avatars from Photos will not.
• Clipboard: Used when you actively copy tryout text, paste the other person’s message, or generate replies or polished text. We do not continuously monitor the clipboard.
• Network Access: Used for AI generation, membership validation, analytics, and loading online information pages.
• App Store Purchases and Reviews: Used for subscription purchases, transaction synchronization, purchase restoration, and the system review entry.

The App does not currently request contacts, precise location, microphone recording, or camera capture for core functions. If new permissions are added, we will explain them in the product and obtain consent as required by applicable law.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

We integrate or call the following third-party capabilities to provide necessary functions. Third parties process information under their own rules, and we use reasonable efforts to require appropriate privacy and security protections.

5. Storage, Sharing, and Transfers

Personas, tones, themes, avatars, AI history, and similar data are mainly stored on your device or in the App Group shared container so the main app and keyboard extension can sync. Membership status, free usage counts, and promotional status are stored in Keychain to improve reliability and prevent abnormal resets.

When you use AI generation, necessary text and context are sent through encrypted network requests to Baidu AI Cloud for processing. When analytics is enabled, necessary device and usage information is sent to Umeng. When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple. Other than the above, we do not sell your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties without a lawful basis.

If cross-border transfer occurs or a third-party server is located outside your region, we will take necessary security and compliance measures under applicable law.

6. Retention

• AI reply history: retained locally for about 4 hours and removed when read or cleaned after expiration.
• Personas, tones, themes, avatars, and basic settings: retained until you delete them, clear cache, reset defaults, or uninstall the App.
• Membership, free usage counts, and promotional status: retained as needed for subscription benefits, support, risk control, and legal requirements.
• Analytics data: retained according to analytics purposes, third-party SDK rules, and applicable law.

7. Your Rights

You may manage permissions, change gender, switch themes, delete or reorder personas and tones, clear cache, reset defaults, disable keyboard full access, or uninstall the App through in-app settings or system settings. To access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, remove local configurations related to the App, or ask privacy questions, contact xxh2686@163.com. We will process requests within a reasonable period after necessary verification.

8. Minors

The App is not directed to children under the legal age. If you are a minor, use the App with the consent and guidance of a guardian. Guardians who believe a minor has provided personal information without consent may contact us for assistance.

9. Security

We use system permission controls, App Group isolation, Keychain storage for key status, HTTPS network requests, and data minimization to protect information. No internet service can be absolutely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures and provide required notices under applicable law.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update this Policy due to product changes, legal requirements, or third-party SDK changes. The updated effective date will be shown on this page, and material changes will be notified through reasonable means such as in-app notices.
